RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We advise you to review our policy on returns and replacements.


Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without any reason as long as the item is not yet dispatched. 

In order to exercise your rights of cancellation, you must inform us of your decisions by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by calling our customer service mobile number at 0998  961 0394 for faster cancellation of your order.

Replacement of Items

If the product received by the customer is damaged or is not working, we will be shipping a new one based on the order of the customer as soon as the item has been delivered back to us and we have confirmed that the item is defective.

Condition of Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for return, please make sure that:

  1. The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  2. The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  1. The supply of Goods you made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. 
  3. The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable courier service. We are unable to issue a replacement without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
